The internet can provide facts and figures but my value for buyers comes from my wealth of knowledge of neighborhoods and their unique personalities, schools, drive time to and from your main destinations, shopping, activities, location of public institutions, civic and cultural events - the things necessary to feel at home. For sellers, I offer in depth analysis of pricing trends, consulting about staging and readying your home for the market, years of experience in evaluating strength of offers and negotiating and of "bird dogging" the transaction to a successful conclusion. I am a community leader with extensive involvement in civic affairs and my formal education includes a B.S. in Community Service and Public Affairs which included counseling, sociology and psychology. In addition, I have extensive training in mediation and dispute resolution as well as experience in executive training. Prior to entering real estate, I was a partner in a small, high tech company selling turn-key computer systems to the real estate industry.
